Thank you for booking with MatchPoint Sports Center (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund and Returns Policy explains our rules regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and returns related to court bookings and event reservations.

By completing a booking on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Finality

All bookings made with MatchPoint Sports Center are considered final once confirmed and paid.

Due to limited court availability and scheduled time slots, we strictly enforce the following policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

NO RESCHEDULING, NO REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Cancellations

    • No-shows

    • Unused or partially used bookings

  • No rescheduling will be accommodated within 24 hours of your reserved playtime.

  • If you wish to reschedule your booking, the request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your booking will not be acknowledged.

We strongly encourage all players to carefully review their schedules before confirming a booking. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and smooth operations for all guests.

3. Event Bookings & Third-Party Platforms

For bookings or events made through third-party platforms such as ReClub:

  • MatchPoint Sports Center’s Refund and Returns Policy still applies

  • Additional third-party terms may also apply

  • We are not responsible for refund decisions governed by external platforms

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including:

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • GrabPay

Refunds, if ever applicable due to system error or duplicate charge, will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to provider policies.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or adjustments may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error

  • Court unavailability caused by MatchPoint Sports Center

All exception requests are reviewed at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of booking privileges

  • Permanent account restriction for repeated violations

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve concerns.

7. Policy Updates

MatchPoint Sports Center reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
