By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a court or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

MatchPoint Sports Center provides:

  • Pickleball court rentals

  • Event hosting and participation

  • Online booking and scheduling

  • Online payments via approved payment providers

Bookings may be made directly through our website or through third-party platforms such as ReClub.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.

  • Minors may participate in activities only with parental or guardian consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.

3. User Accounts

  • Account registration may be completed using WooCommerce or Gmail login.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4. Bookings and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to court availability.

  • Booking confirmation is sent via email or on-screen notice once payment is successful.

  • Walk-in bookings may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers:

    • GCash

    • PayMaya

    • GrabPay

  • MatchPoint Sports Center does not store full payment or e-wallet credentials.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made within the timeframe specified on the booking page or confirmation email.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our posted refund policy.

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of booking fees.

7. ReClub Bookings and Events

  • Events booked or coordinated through ReClub are subject to both MatchPoint Sports Center’s policies and ReClub’s terms.

  • MatchPoint Sports Center is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party platform policies beyond our control.

8. Facility Rules and Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Follow posted court rules and staff instructions

  • Use facilities responsibly and safely

  • Respect other players, staff, and property

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Remove individuals engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you:

  • Acknowledge and assume all risks

  • Release MatchPoint Sports Center from liability for injuries, losses, or damages, except those caused by gross negligence

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of MatchPoint Sports Center and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
